On happiness. Which isn’t a mythical staircase or ladder you haul yourself up to get to the top of. It’s pockets of happiness. Which might be tiny. We will never get to that place where the to-do list is done and we’ve pleased everyone at work and home (and put a wash on and done the shopping and been nice to everyone). It’s not an end-point, happiness. It’s a few little bursts on a good day. Perhaps put them in your pocket when they happen (and let me know what they are!) and pull them out on the not so good days
